  • All orders are processed and prepared within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after your order is confirmed.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package has been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

We offer worldwide shipping via international express lines. Estimated delivery times and shipping rates are outlined below:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Unexpected customs delays, weather conditions, or local postal delays may occasionally extend delivery times. Heavy or oversized items may be subject to additional shipping fees at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link and tracking number will be sent directly to your registered email address.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier’s system.

  • You can also track your package anytime on our [Track Your Order] page.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For UAE Customers: Applicable VAT will be calculated and collected at checkout according to local tax regulations.

  • For International Customers: You Kang Medical Clinic is not responsible for any international customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees applied by your destination country’s government. All such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Address Changes & Incorrect Information

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email are correct before completing your payment. We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been shipped.
